Important: CoupleZen is a software tool that uses artificial intelligence to provide general relationship guidance. It is NOT a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer a free plan with limited features, including 5 AI conversations per month. Free plan limitations may change at our discretion.
4.2 Premium Plans
- Monthly Premium: $9.9/month
- Yearly Premium: $99/year
- Billing is processed through our payment partner, Creem.io
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
4.3 Payment Terms
- Payment is due in advance for the selected billing period
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
- We may suspend service for non-payment
4.4 Subscription Cancellation
- Easy Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" button on your subscription page
- Cancellation redirects you to our payment processor's secure customer portal
- Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain access to premium features
- Free plan limitations apply immediately upon subscription expiration

You agree to use our service responsibly and lawfully. You must NOT:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
